■ Terms & Conditions

- Eligibility
This event is open to users who hold an event code from a REBACK leaflet distributed at Token2049 and sign up for an exchange as new users through the REBACK link. Participants must complete KYC. Existing REBACK members are not eligible.

- Event Codes
Each event code can be used only once and is tied to the first exchange UID it is registered with. Each Telegram account may use only one event code.

- 3x First Rebate
The 3x First Rebate will be calculated based on eligible rebates generated from October 8 to October 14, 2026. The 1x Base Rebate will be paid to the participant's exchange account (UID) on October 15. The 2x Additional Rebate will be combined with the Trading Volume Bonus and paid to the wallet address (TRON network) submitted by the participant on November 5.

- Trading Volume Criteria
Only taker trades and executed trading volume will be counted toward the Trading Volume Bonus. Activity that artificially inflates trading volume without real trading risk, such as wash trading or two-sided hedging, will not be recognized. Additional criteria, such as a minimum position holding time, may be applied where necessary.

- Referral Bonus
The Referral Bonus will be paid only when the referred member meets all participation requirements and reaches $50,000 in futures trading volume. Referrals generated through improper means, such as self-referral, mutual referral, or circular referral, will not be recognized.

- Reward Payment
Event participation and trading activity will be verified based on the exchange UID submitted by the participant. The 2x Additional Rebate and the Trading Volume Bonus will be paid to the wallet address (TRON network) submitted by the participant at the time of participation. Participants should verify their wallet address and network before submitting. If a reward is sent to a wallet address that was entered incorrectly, reissuance may not be possible.

- Prohibited Activities
Participants found engaging in any of the following may be disqualified, and any rewards already paid may be reclaimed:

• Using duplicate accounts or accounts under another person's name

• Splitting participation across sub-accounts

• Artificially creating trading volume, such as wash trading

• Self-referral, mutual referral, or circular referral

• Providing false information or participating by any other improper means

- Other
Participation may be restricted in countries or regions where use of the services is restricted under applicable laws or REBACK and exchange policies. If a participant is unable to receive rewards because a wallet address was entered incorrectly, the participant is responsible, and REBACK shall not be liable. Event details and schedule may change, or the event may end early, depending on circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this page. If the on-site leaflet or other materials differ from this page, this page shall prevail.
